At MetaAgro, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement as per the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may initiate a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

• Opened or used consumable items such as fertilizers, seeds, or chemicals.
• Digital or software-based products once activated.
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or usage.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email admin@metaagro.co.in within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number, product images, and reason for return.
3. Our support team will verify and guide you through the pickup or return process.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

5. Replacements

If the item is available in stock, you can opt for a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement requests are processed upon verification of return eligibility.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will follow the return process outlined above.
