A. De-sapping: Keeping the fruit stem-end down allows the latex to drip away from the fruit skin. The system includes de-sapping racks to efficiently remove sap from mangoes, addressing the specific issue of sap injuries during transportation.

B. Cleaning: A combination of high-pressure nozzles to agitate and clean produce, effectively removing dirt, debris, and contaminants, while also allowing for water recycling

C. Brushing: Soft nylon bristles will be used for wipe of dirt and contaminants.

D. Drying: Knife edge air blowers to dry out the water.

E. Weight-based Grading: The system incorporates a precise weighing mechanism to grade based on their weight, allowing for standardized and consistent categorization and gives a harvest report at every farm.

2. Compact and Individual System: The design of the system is compact, allowing it to be easily transported and set up at the farm level.

3. Mobility and On-Farm Processing: The system is designed for mobility, enabling on-farm processing alongside the harvest. This eliminates the need for transporting mangoes to centralized primary processing centers to reduce the likelihood of sap injuries during transit and other post-harvest issues, ensuring that a higher percentage of the harvest reaches the market in optimal condition.
